As a guest member you will have access to all TD facilities/amenities for a small visitor fee. Each pass is good for 4 people, each home has 2 passes. High speed WiFi, and Cable.

For rent as a seasonal lease starting early as December 2023 through April 2024.

Please inquire for a quote with your dates. Monthly rent $3,500. Tenants are responsible for TDPUD, SW gas, internet reimbursement, and prorated snow removal. No pets, no smoking.  Owners to pay 1 trash can per week, sewer.
