Matt was fantastic for us. He took the time to get to know us and to understand what we needed in a second home. He taught us about the pros and cons of the various neighborhoods in Tahoe Donner and the different styles of houses here. When we found a house we wanted to buy, he provided great advice on our negotiations, and he communicated with us every step of the way. After we closed he generously helped us coordinate all the things we will need – snow removal, utilities, etc. We now have our dream vacation home and it would not have happened without Matt’s guidance and hard work.
