We LOVED working with Matt. Never thought we would say that about a real estate agent but Matt is truly exceptional. Besides the fact that he knows the area really well and is an experienced agent, he’s just a really nice person. It is often said about real estate agents (or any sales professionals for that matter) that they don’t really work for the buyer or seller, but for themselves and will do what best for themselves. That’s totally untrue with Matt. We felt that he was really looking out for our interest and his main motivation was not to sell us a house and to find a house that is right for us. You will not find a more honest or ethical agent. We are 110% satisfied with our experience working with Matt!
