It is very difficult to find a realtor who works really hard, but is laid back & doesn’t pressure you at all. We feel very fortunate that we found that in Matt and it was all by chance. He immediately impressed us and we decided quickly that we’d like him to help us find our vacation house. We are familiar with Tahoe, but were struggling with conducting our search remotely. Matt did a great job understanding what we wanted and sending us houses he thought we might like (often before they were officially listed). He took our feedback and really zeroed in our what we were after. We scheduled a weekend to visit and Matt showed us 10 houses and at the end, helped us figure out which we liked best. Within days, we’d made an offer. He was amazing thoughout the process. His knowledge of the areas and the other realtors was invaluable. We ended up with a house that we are very happy with in the exact area we wanted to be in. And on top of all that, Matt is just a great guy. After the sale, he put us in touch with our painter, carpenter and floor guy. All of whom, turned out to be great. We were so happy with Matt, we decided to use him to manage our property for vacation rentals!
