Tim Mehan
Northern Californian native born and raised in the bay area. Grew up in San Carlos and graduated from UC Berkley in 1978. Then earned my real estate license in 1979 and worked as a realtor until moving up to Truckee in 1992 where I’ve been building and selling homes ever since. Met my loving wife 12 years ago and couldn’t be happier! Raised 2 children here in this wonderful community of Truckee, 21 year old son Matt and 9 year old daughter Rani. Outdoor enthusiast, avid tennis player, passionate Sailor, and love to travel!
